On-the-Job Training   (PDF)   (Connecting your Company to Hiring Incentives)
On-the-Job Training (OJT) offers personalized services designed to assist employers who are not able to fill their labor force needs with currently skilled workers.
Through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), employers may use OJT to hire new employees with skill levels ranging from entry level to experienced professionals. Additionally, the program will reimburse the employer for a portion of the initial training costs.

Employers' Training Resource provides a variety of services to assist you in your hiring process, including customized job fairs, interview scheduling and applicant recruiting and screening.
Rapid Response
This state-sponsored program assists employers and their employees in preventing and/or minimizing the impact of layoffs by providing layoff transition assistance and layoff aversion services.
Employer Advisory Councils
Provides employers with opportunities to stay current with changes in employment law and other business-related issues through seminars and workshops sponsored by America's Job Center and Employment Development Department.
Helping to Manage All Your Business Needs
We assist with information about business start-up, planning, and acquisition of resources. We also offer an array of information and workshops about managing your business, marketing techniques, personnel issues, training for your workforce, cost-effective hiring methods, outplacement services, and how to increase your customer base through exporting.
